A quote from the Goodwood Festival of Speed website –
“The Cartier Lawn has been a key part of the Festival of Speed since 1995 – the third year in the event’s history. In contrast to the speed and noise of the Hillclimb, the Style et Luxe area sets itself apart by being a static display, with the silent engines emphasising poise.
Each year, a different selection of expert judges choose the winner, but rather than being solely composed of figures from the automotive industry the panel draws from other arenas.”
