Attention! This event has been transformed into a Four Week End extravaganza and the date moved from early June to mid July thru’ to early August.
In keeping with Coventry’ “City of Culture status, MotoFest Coventry 2021 will be a four weekends of non-stop cultural celebration and motoring madness. Free family fun in the UK’s Motor City. Discover how Coventry’s heritage is shaping the city’s future. It brings together thousands, young and old, to celebrate the industry that moves us. Thrilling motorsport, heritage displays, global street food, live music and more: MotoFest is the one summer party invite that’s just too good to turn down.
Speed laps on the GT Radial sprint circuit, Formula G championship in the Skydome Fueltopia Arena and more – this year’s event brings greater motoring thrills to Coventry than ever before.
Live music, global street food and family-friendly activities make the perfect weekend for all. Best of all, it’s completely free! Get together and celebrate the industry that moves us.

Catch these stunning classic cars and motorcycles as they drive in to the Cathedral Ruins at 11am on Saturday 24th July

Free to visit, no need to pre book
The inaugural Coventry Concours – sponsored by prestige classic, sports and racing car sales brand Car-Iconics and Bike-Iconics, will take place in the Coventry Cathedral ruins and ran with our friends at the Association of Heritage Engineers.
In line with being Coventry’s inaugural Concours event, there will be a strong Coventry theme to the vehicles on display with manufacturer models from Jaguar, Daimler, Standard, Triumph, Rootes Group and Armstrong Sideley all represented at the show.
Coventry Concours is free to visit, just rock up to Coventry Cathedral Ruins through the weekend to see these excellent examples of Coventry’s designed and manufactured classic cars and motorcycles.
Weekend 4 – MotoFest Car Weekend
Date: 7th – 8th August 2021
Time: 10am – 5pm
Location: The classic cars will be displaying in central Coventry in Broadgate and surrounding areas. The Modern Modified cars will be displayed in and around the former Ikea site
Free to visit, no need to pre book. All displays are required to pre book
Over two days we will see hundreds of the best original, classic vehicles in the heart of the city. All displays must be pre booked.
As well as displays, there will be a special 125-year anniversary celebration of the city’s famous Riley, car manufacturer, with an array of festivities planned to mark the occasion.
Modern Modified Cars
The Modern Modified, modern classics and modified cars under 30 years old, will strut their stuff around the Skydome area of the city centre.
A Modern Modified Show and Shine competition and an evening display – MotoFest Underground in the former Ikea Multi-storey car park, are set to be among the highlights for the final weekend of MotoFest Month 2021.
